Please read them carefully before registering an account or placing any bets. At Velwins, we operate under the jurisdiction of the Anjouan Offshore Financial Authority, and these Terms govern your relationship with us as an online casino operator. 1. Eligibility and Account Registration

3. Prohibited Activities

We also prohibit the following activities on our platform:

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

Our accepted deposit methods include Neteller and Skrill. The minimum deposit amount is 25 EUR. All transactions on the Velwins casino online platform are processed exclusively in EUR.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is 10 EUR per transaction, or the full account balance when closing your account. Withdrawals are processed back to the original payment method used to fund the account — including debit card, credit card, bank account or e-wallet.

• Where your balance is at least 10 times the total sum of your deposits, the monthly limit is reduced to 5,000 EUR

An 8% fee with a minimum of 4 EUR applies to any withdrawal where the deposited funds have not been wagered at least once. We cannot guarantee withdrawals or refunds where a player has breached our restricted-use policy.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

The Velwins no deposit bonus and Velwins free spins awarded at registration are subject to conversion caps: a maximum of 25 EUR for no-deposit bonuses and 50 EUR for free spin winnings. All no-deposit bonuses are capped at 5x the bonus amount.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

The welcome bonus carries a 40x wagering requirement on the bonus amount. Free spin winnings are subject to a 35x wagering requirement. The maximum bet permitted while clearing any wagering requirement is 5 EUR. Bonuses remain active for 10 days from activation, after which they and all associated winnings are cancelled.

Wagering contribution rates on our platform are as follows:

The maximum conversion from any bonus is 5x the bonus amount. Any winnings exceeding this cap will be voided prior to withdrawal. A withdrawal request placed before wagering is completed will result in the cancellation of the bonus and all associated winnings.

5.2 Casino and Sportsbook Restrictions

While any casino bonus is active — other than our designated sports offers — the use of real or virtual funds for sports betting is strictly prohibited. Any such activity is considered bonus manipulation and will result in the cancellation of all active bonuses and forfeiture of related winnings.

6. VIP and Loyalty Programme
